DANCE WORKOUT is a great way to get active and combine fitness with good tunes and learning simple and fun routines. Each week will have a theme so you can sing a long and enjoy getting fit!

The class is designed to suit adults of all ages and abilities and will be a relaxed environment with no judgement! We will work through a mix of cardio and strength exercises which can all be refined to support your level of fitness. If you don't enjoy a traditional gym routine, maybe this style of working out will be perfect for you!
